On the SAT, I got a 610 in Reading, 710 in math, and 690 on writing. On the ACT, I got a 29 but a 31 in reading, 32 in math, 27 on English, and 24 on science. I wanted to know if colleges would see my high reading and math scores and convert those to equivalent SAT scores which would be higher than my 1320. If they do not do that, my ACT score of a 29 is equivalent to a 1320. So, does anyone know what colleges do to the ACT score and which one should i send.

Stick with the SAT which is somewhat better. Many go by composite for ACT. Those that actually do any conversion between tests usually focus on the math and English portion of ACT and compare/convert the English section (not the reading section) to SAT's critical reading.
