One of my good friends goes to COA, and I know they are quite a small school (think <300), so I am sure if you call you might be able to discuss your situation with them.
Hi, this might be a little late, but I'm Danny and I'm a workstudy student for COA's admissions office. We do still consider late applications, usually you would write a letter about why your application was late (in this case your daughter only recently discovered it, which is completely understandable since COA is so small). Hope this is helpful, if you have any questions you can message me or call our office, the number is on our website.
