You have an excellent chance. This is what they say about RD on the Collge of Charleston's web site:
We accept applications for the fall and spring semesters. The deadline for fall is April 1. The deadline for spring is December 1.
"For fall enrollment, students will be considered for our non-binding, Early Action period if they submit completed applications on or before November 1. Decisions for Early Action candidates are mailed mid-December. Applications received or completed after November 1 are considered in the regular applicant pool. These students will be notified mid-April."
You have plenty of time, but there is no reason to wait until late March to send your application in.
