Honors Program chances?

Hi everyone!
I'm a rising senior from Connecticut, looking at many college options including CofC. I'd really prefer admittance to an honors program, and I don't know too much about Charleston's. If anyone has any info on that they'd like to provide, it would be greatly appreciated.

Meanwhile, I would really like it if you could assess my chances of being accepted? (first to the school, and then to honors) Here are my basic stats:

SAT:
Critical Reading: 700
Math: 640
Writing: 730
(I'm retaking these in October to get the math grade up)

SAT IIs:
US History: 710
English: 740

AP Exams:
The only exam I've taken so far is US History (4), but I'm taking the US Government, Comparative Government, Biology, and English courses this year.

GPA:
3.7 weighted for one AP(approximately, my school is on a 12 point scale, and its hard to convert w/ the weighting)

ECs:
Soccer, Theater, Cheerleading, Figure skating, Model UN, French Honor Society (president), National Honor Society, School Newspaper, Peer Mentoring

Awards:
Excellence in Foreign Language, Scholar Athlete (2 years), Laurel Girls State Award

I've also done various community service projects.
