Now that I have your attention:
My iTunes refuses to upgrade. I've been trying to update to the new iTunes so I can download videos, but nothing is happening. I went to the website and clicked download. When nothing happened, I went to the control panel add/remove programs and clicked change. I went through all the steps there, but nothing happened.
GAH!
EDIT: I have Windows XP.
