Actually, I expected this thread to gather no replies whatsoever. I'm completely shocked that I'm posting #24. I played a trick on myself as well as everyone else.

I am $7,500 short of what I need inorder to pay for my 1st year at Bennett College for Women with my federal Pell grant, Unsub Loan, and Stafford loan. So I applied for a private loan inorder to pay for the remaining, but was turned down because I have no credit history from all the major banks.

So my question is-

Where can I go to get a loan for my education without a cosigner?
I do not have anyone who is able or can qualify as cosign including my parents.
