Planet X/Nibiru--Colliding with Earth?!y

So, I don't know if anybody knows about this,..

but apparently this is a "planet" that's bigger than Earth that apparently passes by Earth every 3600 years...and is expected to do so in 2012.

If this is in fact real, most human life will be wiped out...

The Mayan's predicted the apocalypse of mankind on Dec. 21, 2012 (or maybe their calendar just ended then.)

What do you all think? Fact or fiction? Thoughts?

If this is real, then I'm going to start living MUCH differently!

yay, i'll be out of college by 2012. i'm going to buy a fancy camera to take pretty pictures of the planet coming to kill us.

it's kind of interesting... but nostradamus was a hack (if you predict 80,000 really vague events, people are going to then interpret them to match a couple of real events).
I think the mayan perspective on it is interesting, but it's not going to happen. just like people thought 6/6/06 was the end of the world, people are going to make predictions for this, too.

Well, needn't worry too much.

One day, while you are sitting there listening to a professor lecture, and the Earth and a cosmic particle collide, you will not know what hit you, pardon the pun.

We will vaporize in not even milliseconds of the impact.

Maybe we can use one of those new GLAD bags or something.

I believe by that time we have technology advanced to enough to either change its orbit or move us to another planet. Moving to another planet isn't a bad idea, we are polluting the air and vitiating the earth every single minute. But like others say, it likely won't happen.

What would you call the people/inhabitants of Nibaru?

More important- do they know how to cook?
