Hey guys, i'm totally stumped!

I have no idea what major I should get into, although I am absolutely certain what my passions are.
Also, for the majors you suggest, what are some good art schools to go to?
..
I've always enjoyed acting, i can see myself acting in movies.
Singing is becoming more of a hobby, since im beginning to learn i cant sing punk rock which is what i listen to. and i dont wanna be some pop diva.
I am currently a model, ive wanted to take a path to become a supermodel.
Also, i've thought about fashion design, seriously. It is a constant debate.
I love to dance, i dance almost all the time, but like singing i think it should stay a hobby.
And also - ive thought about combining some of these things:
Modeling, and fashion design. Professionally.. I want to start my own line.
Movie Production Acting, and modeling. Hopefully red carpet? xD
Singing and dancing, like being a lead solo singer. Dancing on stage. You know that kind of thing.. good or bad? >.>

Please, PLEASE someone help. I need to get advice. I'd be open to any of these, basically these three things equal my life.
I have a *LOT* of experience in all of these fields as well.
Any help?
And btw, in case you've forgotten..
What major would i do, for each combination?
And depending on what major i should take, what are some really good art schools that supply these?
