Montreal...one of the best in Canada. Who in the world would go to Mexico at this time?

Perhaps one with some knowledge of Spanish and one that may not want to live in the cold would attend UNAM instead; Montreal is one of the U15, but, as with any Canadian school, U15 or not (with the probable exceptions of UBC, Simon Fraser and UVic), it's cold in winter, and, for some, all the nightlife in the world wouldn't make up for the cold.

UT-Austin since it's not as heavily religious
