Also a quick question; for UC's, does anyone know how heavily the essays are weighted in the application process?
I've heard of people who claim to have gotten into upper-tier UC's just on the strength of their essay and heard the reverse from people who have said it mean absolutely nothing.
Can anyone shed some light on this? Oh, and if someone would like to volunteer to read my essay that would be cool too
I'd like to read your essay. And I'm not exactly sure about the weight of the essay during the admissions process, but I would dare say it is pretty dang important haha.
