| UC essay prompt 2- too creative?
im working on a verry rough draft of UC prompt 2 (600 words), which states:
Focus: Potential to Contribute
Rationale: UC welcomes the contributions each student brings to the campus learning community. This question seeks to determine an applicant's academic or creative interests and potential to contribute to the vitality of the University.
Question: Tell us about a talent, experience, contribution or personal quality you will bring to the University of California. *
I need someone to help me cut the fluff and give me some feedback on how to make it less creative. im afraid i might have to completely change bc its about books so it has a bunch of references to books i've read over my lifetime but its supposed to highlight my personality, which im not sure if it does.
i also have 200 word prompt #1 if you want to give me your opinion on that as well. |
