| Comedy in an Essay
Rather than trying to write an essay that makes someone cry, or lets them know how brilliant one is, or how someone has been through a lot, what about using comedy in an essay?
It reflects my personality (hey, I drink, I party, i'm awesome), and I like to joke around. I also think that it would be good, you know, because these admissions officers have been sitting around for hours reading crap, and then they get a good laugh. And it makes you look twice at an a name.
Any thoughts on the matter? Good? Bad? |
