is it okay to write about a poem?

i've had it posted on my bulletin board since i started high school and i think it defines who i am and what i believe.
but i'm afraid that its ambiguity might detract from the content.

fyi, the poem is robert frost's 'stopping by woods on a snowy evening'

imo revealing something significant of yourself should be done in your own words.

Possibly you could use a line or two from the poem in some way, with attribution, but imo make sure that the vast majority of the essay uses your words, not Frost's words, to describe you.
