how to answer UC prompt #2?

the question is: Tell us about a personal quality, talent, accomplishment, contribution or experience that is important to you. What about this quality or accomplishment makes you proud, and how does it relate to the person you are?

do i just say "i volunteered at a hospital. i read to the people there. blah blah"? or do i have to dress it up a bit so that its not just me saying what i did hhere? thnx

Talk about an experience that you had, even if it's small, that changed your outlook on life basically. This essay is a chance for the writer to show the admissions officer the kind of person they are.

Should we just choose 1 experience and elaborate on its significance, or can we somehow connect that experience to others?
