Please help! Intro for self final evaluation essay. (ENG112)

I have severe attention deficit disorder. I was wondering if someone could help make since of this intro for my English 112 final evaluation essay. I have been trying for days, but I'm not getting anywhere. I would deeply appreciate your incite on it. Here it is-

Its that time of year again. The leaves have fallen, the days are shorter, and classes are coming to an end. For the past sixteen weeks, I have spent my time studying, completing homework, and attending classes. I must admit, this has been a difficult semester. Difficult as it has been though, I still have managed to come out on top. This holds particularly true for English 112. My expectations coming into this course were that I would simply be building on my pre-existing knowledge of grammar and sentence structure. I could not have been more wrong.
English 112 has in fact, been a highly educational experience for me.

-Thanks!
