advice needed on appeal letter!!!

Hi,

Im from Mexico, this semester I applied to the UT, and was rejected. I'm sending an appeal letter to them, so they reconsider my admission. I thought they would accept me to the engineering school because of my EC's but I have one theory that they didn't revised my whole application.

I've already written my letter and correct it over and over, I just think there is something wrong with my grammar and the clearness of my letter. Can someone give their opinion on the letter considering if its logical, respectful, professional, and persuasive?

Thankss!!!!
