July 1st or August 1st. I don't remember, but definitely by mid-August.

Thanks Hamadeh.

But also keep in mind that supplements for specific colleges are released gradually, so some but not all of their forms may be available on July 1st.

For example, Mount Holyoke usually releases its Early Decision Agreement and Parent/Peer Evaluation long before they post their actual supplement to the application.

In the frequently asked questions section of the Common App web site, it states that the release will be July 1st AND that the essay prompt choices will be the same, so start writing!!
