I've recently received my essays back from wayward_trojan, and his comments were EXCELLENT. All his revisions are very well thought-out, and he doesn't focus on simple grammatical errors as any editor might do. Wayward_trojan shows actual EXPERIENCE, he provides insight on what colleges are looking for, and what the essay really is about.

What I especially like about wayward_trojan is that he is blunt, to the point. That's what sets him apart from the other revisers. He doesn't hold back on any of his critique, and the clear-cut comments really got me to focus! I realized what a writing emergency I was.
I now know how to write my essays thanks to this phenomenal editor...Thanks so much wayward_trojan!

and i definitely concur with indianmonster's comment...wayward_trojan is LIGHTNING FAST in his replies, I received my revised essays back within only a few days of sending them!

I hate to disagree with my well-wishers, but I have quite a load at the moment and haven't been as fast these days. Please continue to send in essays, by all means, but you'll have to wait one to two weeks for a returned draft at the very least.

Thanks for your help. I sent my essay to you on 9/27. The University I am applying to does not have early action but it does have rolling admissions. I hope to turn everything in before Nov 1 (when my SAT scores some back). The priority deadline is 12/1.

wayward_trojan was great help with my essay.
He is excellent with wording and can make your essay sound a lot better.
Besides that, he is also pretty good at giving you helpful critique to make your essay more formed to what adcoms want.

I came across this thread, and was hoping that there might be anyone here available to critique my essay for me? I need to have it finished in the next few days and I haven't found anyone that can help me in such a short amount of time....are there any volunteers? References? If so please PM me!

I would be wary of wayward_trojan. He doesn't seem legit to me. I sent him one of my essays weeks ago and I haven't received a response. Also, it seems that a lot of the people who are vouching for him have pretty low post counts. Just my two cents.
