Reya Lovely Junior Member Join Date: Oct 2008 Posts: 125	Is this alright for an essay with this specific prompt? I am petitioning for admission into Northern Arizona University's honors program, and one of the requirements is to write an essay on one of two prompts. I chose the following: "Discuss a current local, national or international news event that has affected your education." I want to discuss the No Child Left Behind Act. Would that be an appropriate topic in regards to a current national news event?
