What should I write my essay about?

OK I have about a month until my essay(s) are due and I have exactly 0 (good) ideas on what to write my essay about. I wrote like 3 or 4 (two of which I posted on this site) and none of them were good (not in terms of quality, but its content). I have nothing interesting about me. And it's hard to make up a story just out of thin air. Can someone list some good ideas?

Please don't suggest any of the cliche or sort of cliche ones, because most likely I have nothing interesting about any of those topics.
