Hi. I've almost completed the UCAS application, but I still need to write the personal statement. Do you have any tips on how to write it? Writing an excellent essay is important to me, and I really would like to get an offer from one of my choices. I am applying to language courses at the universities.

Any help would be awesome!

Also, how does the referee process work? Does the referee just input the recommendation right into the application, or do you input their email address and they send it later? I emailed a rep from one of the schools, but I haven't heard back. :/
