I'm writing an essay for my first few Common App EA schools about my experiences as I attempted to research and create my family tree in its entirety. I talk a bit about the process and also discuss how it taught me patience and persistence. Originally, I intended to submit it under the "topic of your choice" option, but I've also been told that it could fall under the "significant experience/achievement and its impact on you" category. I'm a bit dubious of this advice, however.

The application is due on Tuesday, so if anyone can give me some guidance, that would be absolutely wonderful. Thanks.
