I think my school has a pretty good meteorology program, we're also near NOAA and NWS headquarters. There's even a student weather enthusiast who runs a twitter and facebook account who gives insight to weather in the area.

We also have a good pre-med program, I think. I mean we definitely have good hard science programs and that's all pre-med really is. UM Medical School is good although it's part of the University of Maryland in Baltimore, not College Park.
