This answer to this question seems to be quite complicated based on how you interpret FERPA. I know transcripts are considered "confidential", but obviously counselors and administrators have access to transcripts/grades and personal info, whereas parents need permission from the student unless they can prove the student is a dependent
Do professors all have access to this as well? Or do they just have access to the grade the student got in their class only?
