umm its only a top 10 list this year... but seriously ohio should be top 3 easily. Come on, the best halloween celebration, palmer fest, the yearly riots when the time changes, and the infamous 1995 ATF raid.. that has to be at least third place material

Aihara (Page 1), why would you even consider MIT to be put on the list. MIT definitely knows how to party, but it's not as often as many of these schools. Note: I live about 10 blocks from SDSU and their frat road... definitely a party school. I guess I'll see if MIT is a party school next fall.

I would normally agree with that, but this list is actually similar to every other list made and ive experienced a few of these schools first hand so im gonna have to give playboy a vote of confidence

Dima you are retarted. Wisconsin is #1 because we know how to party hard. It has nothing to do with cheese you stereotyping pig. Try coming to Halloween at Madison, you would not even survive. It is a different world so don't be so ignorant; it is obvious you have never seen Madison and probably never been to Wisconsin.

How many people are at OU for Halloween?? Madison gets around 75-100,000 for Halloween. All the Big 10 goes.
