| They cost more than ramen noodles, but I like the Tasty Bite meals. They have long shelf lives and do not require refrigeration, and only require access to a microwave to prepare.
They are spicier than some of my friends like, though, so I'm not going to promise that everyone will like them. |

| I would kill for some authentic Chinese dried noodles. They're like Ramen but taste a million times better. I stocked up on them in Beijing, they were about ten cents a pack, but can't find any here. And the price to have them shipped is ridiculous. |

| @burgler09 - a meal plan is necessary for first years. there's a tiny kitchen (depends on which hall i get) but i don't really know how to cook...right now i'm pretty sure i'm going to have to learn heh, practice makes perfect right? |

| ive never used tobasco in my life lol, and cooking really isn't that hard :P
tnguyen, it doesn't matter where you go after a couple months you'll be sick of the food. Trust me, choose the school based on how well of a fit is for you academically and socially, because you'll hate the food either way. |

| I would also suggest getting one of those tiny portable grills and getting some Tyson chicken patties to eat. |

| Buy or rent a mini-fridge, and fill it with food you like. Also, learn to cook!
A word of advice, if you decide to live on ramen noodles... remember to have fruit once and a while. My friend knows someone who got scurvy (yes, scurvy) by eating only ramen, KD, water, and beer for an entire term. |

| I would not suggest ramen noodles, particularly if eaten on a daily basis... |
