College Search - California State University: Chico - Chico State - Housing & Campus Life

Quote:
* 62% of first-year students live in college housing
* 1% of all undergraduates live in college housing

Hahahaha.... To be fair, it's Chico's mistake, not the Collegeboard's:
http://www.csuchico.edu/ir/docs/pdf/CDS0809.pdf

On older Common Data Sets, it says that 13% of the undergraduate student body live on campus.

Seems like it.

Together these on-campus halls provide housing for 1,260 students who are mostly first-time freshmen. ... While housing is not guaranteed, we do give priority to first-time freshmen.
