| Thanks!
This list was very helpful!
We are definite list planners in my family, and found this to be a big help! Especially when my daughter will be going from Ohio to NYC. Buying as much as we can here will eliminate the expensive stuff in NYC!
THANKS

Do we really have to bring all that stuff? I might have to borrow a U-HAUL truck, haha!

i actually did use a uhaul truck to move into college.
and i am prepared for EVERYTHING.
the downside is that everyone comes to me when they want to borrow stuff. ironing board, safety pins, cooking pans, scissors, tissue paper, toaster, whatever.

Wow, this is a crazy long list. I don't think I'll be bringing all of that stuff, but it's definitely reminded me of things I would've never thought of.

This is a great list. I always make lists and there is no doubt I will be going crazy trying to buy everything this summer. This will definitely help me not to forget anything.

So is it not recommended to bring a large tv (32inch LCD) and a PS3 to college? I fear that it could be stolen, but it's going to get boring if I don't bring it. (it's really cold and snowy where I'll be going).
I have heard stories for and against bringing expensive items to school, so I'm not really sure at this point what to do.

frank01-just remember that dorm space is very limited. also, don't bring anything you wouldn't want to potentially have to carry up and down stairs during movein/moveout.
