Haha, for the normal people who actually gave helpful/thoughtful answers, thank you. I appreciate it. For those who got bent out of shape for no reason (PlattsburghLoser) and obviously didn't even read the question, take a chill pill. Seriously, it's a question. A semi-valid one at that. And just for the record, I woke up at 4:45 in the morning every day of high school for four years to attend JROTC drill practice. Now I'll be waking up at 6 AM twice a week to do PT in my college ROTC class. I can certainly get by without drinking coffee, I'd just prefer not to anymore. We all make choices and this is mine.

^It was a stupid question. Stupid questions get stupid answers. And yours was exceptionally stupid.

But asking "What should you be doing right now?" or "What are you doing for Spring break?" isn't equally pointless/stupid? Haha, whatever you say. Love this site.

I didn't say those questions were or weren't stupid. Don't put words in my mouth just because you and your stupidity lack a valid response.
If you ask something on a forum, be prepared to receive all types of responses. If you can't handle that, then don't ask.
Clearly, you can't handle it.
Then again, apparently there's a lot you can't do.

Considering you didn't even read my question correctly, I'm not the only "stupid" one here. I didn't ask how to make coffee. I was actually pretty specific about what I wanted. Perhaps your comprehension skills need a little fine-tuning.

I love how you got pages of responses and little ole me and my pixels are the one you're focused and have you so riled up.
In any event, I hope you learned something today. How to make coffee and how to deal with teh interwebz.
But do let me know if you'd like to learn how to start eating pretzels.
That can be very tricky too.

And yes, you're stupid.
But be stupid by yourself because I'm bored of you and your angry hurt little feelings--which your ego is clearly wounded or you wouldn't be so damn ****.y.
You continue to figure out the mysterious ways of coffee (and pretzels), I'm going to go make smoothie.
G'bye, pal.

Well, most people gave a mature/well thought out response which is what I would expect from somebody on a college advice forum. Guess there's always the exception though.

star-bucks is a waste. I would rather make my own instant coffee.

If you think a question/topic/whatever is stupid, don't bother clicking on it. Why is this so hard to understand?

Starbucks is for noobs. I only go their for the cold/blended beverages. Never go their for actual coffee.
edit: Starbucks is for little girls who think they like coffee.

I would have to wake up every day at 6am when I was in high school. Going to sleep at 12am or later some days I would end up needing coffee to stay awake. But waking up around 10am I usually don't drink coffee. I don't think I'm going to need coffee until midterms and finals come close (incoming freshman). Coffee is going to effect everyone differently. But something you should realize is that caffeine is a drug and that drinking it excessively can have more of a negative effect on you then positive. Personally I think making your own black coffee is the best thing to do when you really need it.
If your asking which coffee to get I say the little instant packs. Everyone has different taste so I can't say which one is the best for you. I would check how much caffeine is in a pack.
