| Cromwell has its ups and downs as does Travers/Wolfe. Cromwell is suite style with 3 rooms (6 people) sharing one bathroom. TW has community bathrooms like most college dorms. Cromwell's rooms are smaller and there is less camaraderie there. When I was a freshman (2005), I lived in Cromwell on the honors floor (just one floor) and I was not in the honors program. So yes there is a good chance of still living in Cromwell even if you are not an honors student.
The bathroom situation is actually quite comparable in both choices. I lived in Cromwell as a freshman and a dorm with communal bathrooms as a sophomore, and both years were fine. I have never had to wait to use the shower or anything in either residence. The only difference is you have to clean your own bathroom in Cromwell while a cleaning service takes care of TW.
I don't think you have any input as to which dorm you live in. Your are placed in your dorm based on the FSP you choose so it has nothing to do with when you submit your information. |
