Undergraduate Neuroscience--Emory or Amherst?

I've been reading many threads on the topic of which schools are best for undergraduate neuroscience. Some are saying schools with strong pre-med or national universities are the best, and some are saying there are some really great LACs.

I was just wondering since I do want to pursue neuroscience at a research level (i.e. phD) later on, would Emory University or Amherst College be best for my chances of getting into a graduate program and undergraduate research projects? Can we reach a consensus, please?

Thanks.

P.S. These are the only two options for me. Please do not mention other schools. Pick one...Thanks again.
