College List Help

I need some help generating a college list.
I have an 86.31/3.45 GPA((low I know) and 1620 SAT score (I plan to re-take after some adequate prep)

I am interested in history and international relations.

Schools that would best fit me would be on the East coast and next to or in major cities.

Can anyone help me w/ my list? I need schools to be broken into Reach Target and Safety

I have some already but I'm embarrassed to put them on this site lol

I don't know that much, but did you take the ACT? Some people get better scores on the ACT than SAT, and almost all schools accept both.

ALL schools accept both the SAT and ACT.

OP, what is your home state? What can your family afford?
