Best University for Information Technology/Information Science (PSU, RIT, NEU, RPI)?

I was wondering where the best information technology/information science programs were offered? At the moment I am interested in Penn State, RIT, NEU, and RPI. I have already been admitted to the Penn State IST program - anyone have any opinions on the PSU IST program? How do these school stack in terms if information technology programs? Thanks!

George Mason Univesity (Fairfax VA) has a B.S.I.T. program you may want to check out too. Opps, just read you've already been admitted one place, may not want to add another. If so, their website is: http://ite.gmu.edu/bsit/index.html

I honestly don't know too much about psu's ist program... all I know is that the new ist building is extremely nice, and I know one of the profs who's a genius. don't know where you live, but the dept probably has a special day for accepted students to visit (I know the college of science does). I'd suggest attending that, and going prepared with lots of questions.
