That depends on you favorite type of architecture:Gothic= princeton, U Chicago ,Upenn. Spanish:Stanford , Rice , Ucla...

Duke has one of best gardens close to 65-70 acres, plus a championship golf course. Colgate and Dartmouth are nice for skiers.

Ugliest: UCs, MIT

Obviously not a fan of the west coast. I like the mountain scenery better than the beach scenery...beaches smell and they're kinda overrated.

colgate is breathtaking. a surprising add ill make is bethany college in wv. you wouldnt expect it, but its really really scenic.
