After tour with S this year embracing some of the above schools, including Vassar, Swarthmore and Midd, and living near Princeton, I don't think it's even close -- Cornell is the most beautiful physical setting. It sits on a mountain, above a lake, in between two gorges, and the buildings are varied. Midd is also awesome in that it sits way above the mountains, but most of the buildings are all the same (although a nice same -- white granite).

William and Mary is not the "prettiest", it is simply the most beautiful. Your dad needs to take a closer look and so do you.

I have no idea what my dad thinks about it...I was referencing him to point out that I have seen it multiple times. O well, matter of opinion I am sure. You are entitled to untrue thoughts.

No of course I'm not kidding. Obviously it's a Catholic University. Look it up if you would like to find out more about it.

UIW NOW LARGEST CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY IN TEXAS

The University of the Incarnate Word is now the fifth largest private university in Texas, according to figures released this week by the association of Independent Colleges and Universities of Texas (ICUT). UIW started the fall semester with 4,800 students, an 8 percent increase from the previous year. This is the highest enrollment in the 123-year history of the University. Enrollment at UIW has now increased in 18 of the last 19 years. Incarnate Word also has become the largest Catholic university in the state, as well as the largest private Hispanic serving institution according to ICUT.

Recently, Consumer Digest Magazine ranked the University of the Incarnate Word sixth as a “best value” for private universities in Texas. The only other private institution from Texas to rank in the Top 25 was Rice University, which came in at No. 9.“We’re pleased to be in the position of offering a quality education at an affordable price that’s allowing the university to grow,” said Dr. Louis Agnese, Jr.
