Uhhh... We can't help you if you don't tell us some specifics, like what you want in location, academics, student body, social scene...

sorry, your right I should have added that in
I want a good school academically but not so competitive to get into
I will major in the sciences( either Biology or Chemistry) Then going into med.
I want there to be a good social scene, beauty in campus is also a major plus. Great weather, good parties are pluses but not the most important however..
I also don't want the surrounding town to be boring

What do you want to hear, Pinkie?
Your question isn't so direct and did you get into these colleges? Or are you looking at them? What are your basic stats? Have you visited any of them? etc.

It seems like you're just putting in random schools.
"Cuny City College-- Have no idea what this place is like!"
I would recommend going on princetonreview.com or buying the Fiske Guide to Colleges 2007, to learn about a bunch of colleges. Fiske gives a ton of insight as to what the academics and social life are at colleges accross the country. They have quotes from students and overlap schools. Buy it.

U. of Wisconsin, Madison
Michigan State
Ohio University
Indiana at Bloomington
Those are the only schools that I would consider applying to.

Cuny is good if you get into the honors program or at least Baruch,
Wisconsin-Madison is pretty good, etc.
We can tell you what we like but you need to be more specific! What is this list that you gave us? What do you want out of a school?

Try Ohio State...it's "in-between" OU and UW-M

I understand the list might seem, "random", but I did in fact take my time researching some of them. To answer the question as to why I have Hawaii Pacific, is because I have family down there and I thought it would be cool to get out of New York, to go to school there..
As for what I am looking for, I already said that.. A medium to large university with lots of majors and opportunities for students to pursue. Diversity would be nice.
thanks anyway
