UCI transfer after 2 years

Hello, I am attending UCI in the fall as a freshman as an aerospace engineering major. I choose this school because it was close to home and I had a calgrant to help pay for it. I do want to transfer though after 2 years here at UCI to a better school for aerospace engineering. Obviously my 2 top reach schools would be MIT and Caltech. If money wasnt an object, what other schools should I consider that have good aerospace engineering programs (specifically astronautical engineering). Also, schools tied with NASA are a huge plus for me. Thanks for helping me out.

Any reasons why these 2schools? I was already looking at them as possibilities, but are you speaking because your fans of the school? Just give me a few points of why your recommending the school. Thanks
