A List of Colleges where the Scores required are really low

I wish there was a similar list where the academic achievement alone was not a key criterion but the college experience given to all applicants was really well.

William Paterson in NJ is free if you attend their open house-they give a waiver form to you

A few noteworthy uni rankings are those provided by USnews and QS rankings. But I believe QS ranks UK colleges higher than they actually are.

Colgate University is free to apply to for international students and they are quite generous in their financial aid.
