Re Fordham, they weren't free (to my knowledge) 2 years ago when my son applied but they sent a free application in the Fall for EA application. We almost missed it, it came in Oct. and we had to have it in by 11/1. (although they gave him a small extension) We did show interest, took a tour and I wrote for more info.

I think OP just copied and pasted from that free applications website. If there are corrections from this thread, people should e-mail them to that website because I bet they don't check here.

Hey anyone has an opinion here on UM Twin Cities for Mechanical Engineering? I know its top ranked for Chemical but that' snot what I wanna do...i'd really love it if anyone who has been there or talked to someone from it to get back to me because it is one of the more affordable schools on my list...in fact, i doubt that there are schools both higher ranked and cheaper....someone pls advise

well I think the list of colleges and universities with no application fee can help a lot. That a great job.

I agree with most of the replies. Many colleges will waive their fee if you apply online. Same thing with St. John's University, which I have to say is looking like a great university to apply to after checking out their website.

shoot sat's cost money- This isn't free then. I'm not going to apply to a school I won't go to if it takes time and money to apply to.

Colleges are a business. Don't go by their website. Visit them! I haven't visited St. John's yet but it looks depressing as I ride by it. I also heard they are having trouble paying their bills and a few months back a priest was arrested for soliciting online sex from an undercover cop. I don't recall all the details. Google it. Good luck!
