Provided that you have a situation (parents, evil counselors, etc.) many, many colleges are understanding of a fee waiver. It doesn't hurt to ask for one.

The list says Polytechnic University is free but I see a fee you have to pay. Maybe it was free long ago.

I haven't read through the whole thread, but I know that if you find them at a local college fair, Drew University offers free applications :3

I'm pretty sure American University makes you pay $60 to apply (went there 2 weeks ago and that is what they told us).

All colleges are decent. The challenge is for
you
to get into what
you
think is the best college for you.

Is it possible to ask for the fee waiver when applying online? I mean let's say there is a fee stated when applying to the college/university.
