Confused

I am a junior high school student who desperatly needs to find a school that has a great biotechnology major. I've been looking but i cannot decide which college is better than the next. Can someone help me?

What state do you live? What are your academic credentials?

Hmm...biotech is one of the less common majors.

You should have a good number of options though. Look at WPI, Washington State, UCLA, UCSD, James Madison, UGA, and Oregon State.

^ Of course...may I ask GPA and test scores, if available? It will help a lot with recommendations.

I agree with others that biotechnology is not a common major. You'd be competitive at a lot of the universities mentioned.

Keep your grades up and practice for the ACT. Good luck!

I really like biotech, and I found Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania if you're looking for something smaller.
