TCU vs A&M

Can anyone give me some insight on what to expect from these two colleges? I've been trying to make my final decision and I'm stuck between these two. Other than the size, prive/public, and tuition differences i could really use some help. Im studying Business.

From what limited things I've heard:

TCU is a preppy, frat-oriented private school.
A&M is huge, has strong academic programs, but a very strong school spirit that does not mesh with everyone.

I would choose A&M - bigger name, and strong alumni base.

I strongly urge you to visit both, if you haven't. Look at the costs compared to the benefits...then decide.

Yea I've visited both and so far the only thing that's standing out is the tuition. A&M is ALOT cheaper. TCU has a much nicer campus with smaller classes and is in the heart of dallas, all of which are things I like. A&M however just seems like a safer school because its so much more prestigious and has such a large alumni like you said. Im going to major in business and I think both schools have pretty decent business schools

Good luck!
