UCR, UCI, vs. UCSD for business

My friend is having a dilemma in choosing where to go for business...Which of these 3 schools would be the best fit for a business-oriented major?

i don't know about business specifically, but in the rank of UCs UCSD is usually considered quite a bit higher than the other two. i know UCSD is a really great science school, not sure about business though

For undergrad?
For Business Major???
UCI...
UCSD does not have a business program, and UCI is a little more prestigious then UCR.

UCR shouldn't even be an option to him/her if they got into UCI and UCSD.
