My son has been accepted at Cal Poly San Luis and Loyola Marymount, majoring in biology with a path towards medical school. Trying to decide. Loyola is 2x the tuition. Is it worth it? Any comments pros/cons?
Not worth it, in my opinion LMU ends up being the reject school to students who didn't get into UCLA or USC, unless you honestly have an interest in pursuing your education at a catholic university or they threw boat loads of cash at you.
I dont think its worth attending or paying 2x the tuition for cal poly.
