So a moderately strong school, not ivies or rice and that sort, and has a good amount of asians/orientals. Can we compile a list?

True only if you define large as a number exceeding their proportional demographics. But, especially if you add a qualifier to good as in "good with a reputation for prestige."
Great schools that are not seen as prestigious or synonymous with great potential for easy riches do not attract great number of Asians. Except for California, one could easily track the correlation between Asian population at schools and the ... USNews ranking.
Most well known colleges have Asian population over 10%. I'm Korean and given that the Asian population in the entire country is about 4%, I would be happy at that percentage. Being the only Asian girl in the school would be pretty interesting too.
