just starting out

I'm a student at a highly ranked IB program entering my junior year. I've started out with my college searching and I'm trying to figure out where I stand/where I should look.

My stats are as follows:
3.57GPA UW, 4.1 W (this includes middle school grades for high school classes, i believe).

PSAT: 203 as a sophomore, (can't remember my score breakdown, but my strengths were in CR and Writing, the second one to a lesser degree

SAT IIs: Math and US History both 770

APs: US gov't & pol. 4, US Hist. and Env. Sci. 5

ECs:
Football (I don't think I'm competitive for recruitment but would nonetheless like to play in college)
Wrestling (to begin this year after football season. I would have started last year but I was healing from a back injury)
Debate
Theatre
Karate (will be black belt by the time I apply)

I'm looking for small- to medium-size schools with strong International Relations and History programs. I have an extensive list of reaches but am lacking much of anything in the way of matches and safeties.

Do you guys have recommendations?
Much obliged.

some of those are among my reaches, namely Georgetown, Tufts, and Hopkins. I'm getting a rather expansive list which I hope to narrow down over the course of the next year

Be very aware of financial considerations. If you are going to need financial aid, make sure you have a range of schools and check which ones meet 100 percent of demonstrated need. Just because you may need financial aid and have a low EFC doesn't mean all schools will meet that need.

I'm expecting to get little to nothing in the way of financial aid. Finances won't be a factor in applying, but I appreciate scholarship money as much as the next fellow.

Also look into Dickinson and University of Rochester.
