Georgia:
Beautiful:
Emory - Tons of greenspace, just outside of Atlanta, nice buildings
Georgia Tech - Manages to squeeze surprising amounts of greenspace into the city of Atlanta. Mixture of old and new-style architecture
Valdosta State - Palm trees, greenery. Though the academics are meh.
Ugly:
Georgia State - though i find the city beautiful, there is no true campus
Georgia Southern - just...eww
GC&SU - the campus itself is ok, but Milledgeville is farmland and cows. Can't call that beautiful.

Absolutely no idea. In fact, I've only actually been on the campus of one university in my entire life.
I live in California.

| Cincy is GORGEOUS
Just found this thread, and I have to strongly object to the OP's position that the University of Cincinnati is ugly. Wow. I can only guess that he/she has not been to that campus in years. My son is in this second year there and he is having a fantastic experience (including a trip to the Orange Bowl, but I digress).
I think they've spent a ridiculous amount of money to do it, but the campus is phenomenal now. When touring that campus, there's not a bad view and several are breathtaking.
In addition, the school touts one of the top schools in the country (top three I believe) in architecture. The school of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning is very difficult to get into. And almost every building on campus was designed by a famous architect - the recent athletic building was done by an architect from Switzerland - so the entire campus is really a museum for real-life (not model) architecture.
"The spectacular revamp is one of the most significant acts of campus planning since Thomas Jefferson laid out his ‘academical village’ at the University of Virginia . . . in the early 19th Century.” -- The Chicago Tribune

Again, have to disagree with the OP slightly. Here's my list...
O-H-I-O
Prettiest:
1. Kenyon
2. Miami (as much as I hate to admit it- stupid rich snobs... They're not even smart)
3. Dennison
Ugliest (and Ohio's got some real doozies)
1. University of Cincinnati- you will be in shock of some of the ugliness that lives here
2. Xavier
3. Kent State
Never seen Youngstown State before, but I believe ya, OP.

New Jersey!
Princeton is gorgeous.
TCNJ is nice.
And contrary to what others may tell you, Rutgers isn't ugly. Some parts of the campus are really nice, actually. It all depends where you dorm. The dorms on Busch are pretty big, IMO.
