Well Cornell is known for its grade deflation.....That could be detrimental to med school admissions seeing the great emphasis on GPA. However, you could somewhat compensate for that by owning the MCAT--no easy feat and that still will not overshadow your GPA. That being said, if you can excel in Cornell's pre-med program and gain admittance to a med school, you will be very well prepared.
Yeah like brownorbust mentioned, Brown has a PLME program. Basically, if you get into that you are set I would take the PLME program admittance over Cornell admittance anyday.
