Brown has a pre-med program where when you apply you can be accepted to Brown Med school automatically or go some where else after Brown pre-med if that matters

Well Cornell is known for its grade deflation.....That could be detrimental to med school admissions seeing the great emphasis on GPA. However, you could somewhat compensate for that by owning the MCAT--no easy feat and that still will not overshadow your GPA. That being said, if you can excel in Cornell's pre-med program and gain admittance to a med school, you will be very well prepared.

Yeah like brownorbust mentioned, Brown has a PLME program. Basically, if you get into that you are set I would take the PLME program admittance over Cornell admittance anyday.

However, Brown's science program may not adequately prepare you for the MCATs if you are not in that PLME program. Cornell's sciences are top 10 in the country easily = high MCAT science score. Cornell also boasts a 78 percent for med school acceptance and if you have above a 3.4, you got a 89 percent chance to get into med school, not bad eh?
