Chemical engineering programs?

Can someone suggest 20 or so schools with the best chemical engineering programs?
High school junior, excellent stats, interested in chemistry, chemical engineering, and--perhaps eventually--law school.

Unless you want a smaller school, ie schools that do not grant PHD's. USNews rankings are:


1 Cooper Union

2 Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology

3 Rowan University

4 Bucknell University

5 Manhattan College

5 University of Minnesota--Duluth
