Where should I go?

For this spring 2010 I'am trying to decide between the University of Colorado at Boulder and Depaul University in Chicago. Which would be better in terms of social networking? Both of these schools fulfill my academic needs. I want to find a niche, and really enjoy the college experience coming from a C.C where there really is not club or organization scene. I want to go to a school that has a good club and organization scene, good dining around the area, lots of students, and somewhat of a nightlife. If I go to the school in Chicago how much interaction do you think I would have with students from nearby schools llike UIC, Northwestern, or the University of Chicago?

Also I don't know if this matters but I've been accepted to CU Boulder, but not Depaul yet.

About socializing with students from Northwestern: NU's undergraduate campus is in Evanston, which is about a 40 minute drive from Chicago with some traffic, so it's a bit of a distance.
